Well I finally cracked it for seeing wildflowers in their prime. Stirling Range was absolutely bursting with flowering things.  In fact a few things are not quite out yet. Here's a few of the millions of photos that I took.

After looking around Stirling Range I went to Porongurup NP which is a granite range about 40 kms south.  Had a good scramble to the top of Castle Rock which has great views back to Stirling Range and all around.
